Butterfly Hello

Hi friends! It's Julee Tilman popping in with a bit of Jaded Blossom inspiration. Today I'm pulling out a few oldies but goodies and bringing the spring vibes. 

This month, the Jaded Blossom challenge is to use stencils, so I pulled out the Vine Stencil for the background on this one. For my focal images, I chose the multi step stamping set, Butterflies. I inked up the top half of the solid butterfly with yellow and the bottom half with orange for a nice two tone look I stamped the frame and antennae in black, then added some white gel pen accents to the tips of the butterfly wings. Next I cut the butterflies with my Scan 'n Cut machine.  They're adhered with liquid glue in the centers, then each wing is popped up with a foam dot for that flying off the page look.

The stenciled panel was cut with the Rectangle 1 Dies and I chose a black mat for it using the Scallop Rectangles 1 Dies. The hello is from Basic Word Dies, and I cut it 3 times from black and layered for some extra dimension. I finished off with an A2 card base and a few sparkle enamel dots for accent.

I started with a Rectangle Die and layered a Card Mat Die. Then I stamped a Circle Word to a Scallop Circle Die. I layered the Doily Die on a Stitched Circle Die and finished off the card with a few sequins.

Jamie here to share a Thank You card with you!

I started with the Card Mat Die and layered the insert die from Candy Bar Slider Die that I shortened. Then I added a Rectangle Die 2. I stamped the sentiments from Thanks to the Thanks Outline Dies and the Sentiment Strip Dies. Last I added a Flower Die and a few white sprinkles!

Easter Cards

 Happy Monday my crafty friends!!

Now that we are well past St. Patrick's Day I have shifted my focus to making

Easter projects.  Today I have a set of Easter cards to share with you.

I ended up making 2 of each color scheme.
