Ginger's Oven

Happy Thanksgiving! Mel here from Doxie Mel Designs with a project to share with you.  Since many of us are cooking and baking for our families today.. I thought the sweet Gingerbread Man could led a hand. Doesn't he look cute with his chef's hat and wooden spoon? Yellow glitter glue is on his buttons to match his retro oven.
The cupcake box oven is decorated with
Gingerbread Wishes (the gingerbread die is included)
and Gingerbread Candies
The "pot holder" is one of the tags from the Mini Tag Dies.
The Oven opens up to the delicious cupcake!

Let it Snow!!

Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by today..it's Crystal here from Crystal's Creative Corner.
I know Thanksgiving is right around the corner but... I am currently buried underneath 20+ inches of snow that fell on Northwestern Pennsylvania last night! So I was inspired to make a few snowy cards instead of a Thanksgiving treat!

I used the new Ornate Fold Over Base from SVG Cutting Files for the base...which I just have to say that I LOVE all of the new fold over bases!

I also used the Snowflake Stitch Up file and used Trendy Twine Totally White for the twine

I used Jaded Blossom's Mini Tag Die for the banner. And stamped it with the sentiment from Winter Wishes!

I hope you enjoyed my projects today!
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget about the Jaded Blossom Black Friday Sale and the Villains Hop this Friday too!!

Stationary Box

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here!  As a crafter, I always have a card on hand, or I simply make one if I need it.  But I forget that my family isn't always so lucky!  My mom has to buy store bought cards (GASP!).  I decided to make her this little kit so she can have some cards and tags on hand!  Here are the details:

*Jaded Blossom - Treat Tag Die, Christmas Wishes,
*My Mind's Eye - patterned paper
*Cuttlebug - Snowflake embossing folder
*Cutcardstock.com  - all solid cardstock, ribbon

*Here's the box with the lid on.

*When you open it up, you can see all the crafty goodies!

*I made 2 cards to go inside, but a lot more would fit.
*I used the snowflake from the Snowman Poop to stamp the coordinating envelopes.

*I embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder to make it pop.
*Love the shine on that paper!

*I love this beautiful tree!  I used gold embossing powder to highlight it, and really give it shine.
*The sentiment is also embossed, but with green glitter powder.

*Here are the 4 tags that went inside the box.

*The top tag was only stamped in red ink.  The bottom was embossed in white.

I hope you liked my project!  I'd love to see some of you make this and share it on the Jaded Blossom Facebook page HERE, or on my Crazy About Cricut Facebook page HERE.  TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :O)

Happy Birthday!

It's Friday, and Jeanne here from Jeanne's Paper Crafts with another super cute project to share with you!

Today I tried a new technique that I learned over on Kristina Werner's blog. If you haven't yet, you've got to check out her blog! The technique that I used today can be found right here.

And of course, there are some Jaded Blossom stamps that are perfect for this too!
To start out, I created a standard A2 sized card out of white cardstock. Then I took some Spellbinders Dies and cut a circle out of the front of the card base. I lined up the circle on the back of the card base and stamped my little monster from the Monster Mash set directly onto the card.

I took some PaperTrey Ink Clear cardstock and cut it down to 4 x 5.25 inches to fit inside the card. I lined it up where I wanted it and held it down with some washi tape. I stamped the little monster again directly onto the clear cardstock with StazOn ink. I adhered the clear cardstock to the top of the card base and covered it up with some patterned paper. This just basically hides the adhesive.
It's somewhat like a clear overlay to the stamp. I added the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Picture This stamp set and some enamel dots to the front of the card base. To create the frame around my circle, I just took the circle die and the next largest die in the set, lined them up, and cut them with my Cuttlebug.
When you open the card, there is the full stamped and colored image! I colored the monster with Copics and then added a couple more stamps to the inside.
Isn't this little monster adorable?!
 Supplies:
PaperTrey Ink white cardstock
My Mind's Eye Ooh La La 6x6 paper stack

Jaded Blossom Monster Mash
Spellbinders Standard Circle Small dies
Enamel Dots

I Think Of You Periodically...

Hi crafty peeps!!!! Candace from Scrappin' 2 Little Princesses here! Thanks for stopping in today for some inspiration!! :)

Did you all get a chance to hop with the JB girls and friends in October for Ann's Science Birthday Blog Hop??? If not, you missed out!!! :) There were tons of great projects using the two new science stamp sets!

I can't get enough of them!!!

I used a fun Einstein cutting file from SVG Cutting Files who went perfectly with this sentiment!

If you can tell from the picture, I love to use textured cardstock on my projects. Sometimes stamping on textured cardstock can be a little tricky so I use a SewEasy foam mat to put under my cardstock before I stamp. It helps the image or sentiment to come out crisp and clear. You could also use a mouse pad, if you don't have a SewEasy mat.

Here is what I used to make my card...
Science Matters stamp set from Jaded Blossom
Einstein from SVG Cutting Files
Wavy Card Base from SVG Cutting Files
Queen & Co chevron washi tape from Trendy Twine
Celebration twine from Trendy Twine
- Colorbox Fluid Chalk Ink

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!!

Pilgrim Treat Boxes

Hi everyone! Melissa here from Doxie Mel Designs.  Today I made some treat containers for the kids visiting my house this Thanksgiving. I thought these would by fun on the "kids table" this year. I love the shape of these treat containers and think they would look nice on the adult's table too.

Here are the supplies from Jaded Blossom
1x8 Clear Bags (I cut a few inches off the top and sealed with double sided tape.)
Holiday Treat Tags (I masked off one of the sentiments from a tag.)

The treat containers are a file from the Silhouette Online Store Pilgrim Treat Boxes by Pebbles in My Pocket.  Faces are from Peachy Keen Stamps.  My kids already have their eyes on these treats.. I hope they don't get gobbled up before "Turkey Day".

Have a great day!
