A Holiday Thank You

 Hi Crafty Friends,

It's Larelyn from Handmade From My Heart.

I try to start off each new year by sending Thank You cards for our Christmas gifts.  I know it's "old school" but it's something I enjoy doing and something that I have always expected my girls to do (even though they are now adults!)

Here is the card I made with an envelope to go with it.  I chose a simple design since I was making multiples.

I used these Jaded Blossom products:

The patterned paper is from my Bo Bunny stash.

Thanks for visiting today.

Winter thank you cards

Happy first Monday of 2021 my crafty friends!!
Nicole here today to share a couple of thank you cards I created -

I started by embossing several different snowflakes from the Jaded Blossom "Snowflakes" stamp set using white embossing powder.  Next I did some distress oxide ink blending using 3 different colors from a color family beginning with the darkest at the top of my panel to the lightest at the bottom.  I purposely left some white space in the bottom right corner to help highlight my sentiment.

After I was done with the inking I rubbed off any ink from my embossed snowflakes using a microfiber cloth.  I used some perfect pearls and a spritz or two of water and then splattered the mixture over my cards to give them some shimmer.  I backed the panels with some silver shimmer cardstock to pull in more "glitz".  Lastly I cut out the Jaded Blossom "Large Snowflake Die" with some silver glitter paper. My sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom "Hello Winter" stamp set and I stamped it using Versafine Black Onyx ink.

Winter has only just begun and I thought these winter themed thank you cards would be perfect to send off for some post Christmas thank yous!!

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Christmas Ornaments!!!!

Hi everyone...Lee-Ann here and it's my turn to take over the Jaded Blossom blog and I have a bunch of ornaments to share...30 in total. Every year I make a different ornament for my Christmas dinner....everyone there receives a homemade ornament from me...I always make a few extra to tie on special presents for special people. These were fun to make...I painted with chalkboard paint onto wood slices...cut vinyl with Jaded Blossom dies and added it to the ornament...Jaded Blossom's dies cut through vinyl like butter! I then added the bow...tied with a Bow Easy(because that's the way to do it) added bells and there you have it. Thanks for stopping by...Lee-Ann :)

Do You Wanna Build A Snowman

Hi everyone and Happy Thanksgiving! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I am sharing these fun Frozen themed treat bags I made.

I started these with store bought Frozen themed Jelly Belly's and added the topper cut with the Ric Rac Topper Die.
I added the snowflake cut with November's release freebie, the Large Snowflake Die, and added a gem to the centers.
I cut the sentiment boxes using the Border Dies and matted them in colored cardstock.
To finish, I stamped the sentiments using colored ink from the Winter Signs stamp  set.

I hope you all liked my projects for today and thanks for visiting!

Have a great Thanksgiving!
