Thankful for you MOM!!!

Hi everyone...Lee-Ann here and it's my day to take over the Jaded Blossom-YAY! I have a treat to share that I made for Mom...this could be filled with a small gift, gift card and treats etc. Super easy and quick...and I think pretty!
