Make a Wish!

Hello! Today is my design team day and I'm sad to say it will also be my last project as a design team member. I've decided to step down :( A couple of weeks ago I got the nasty flu and unfortunately it has triggered my MS. So right now I just want to focus on feeling better. I want to thank Candace and Michelle for letting me part of the Jaded Blossom team! It's been so fun to play with their awesome products! I'm sad but I do feel like this is the best thing for me right now. This doesn't mean that I will never craft again or post projects because I will be back!! I just need the break from deadlines and responsibilities right now :)

I hated that I missed release week last week! It was such a cute release and I was able to get a few projects made before I got sick so for today I want to share one of those with you :) I found this cute hippo box in the Silhouette store and decorated him all up using the new sets Supersized Birthday Greetings and the new Birthday dies

Again, I want to say thanks to Candace and Michelle for having me! Thanks for stopping by and I promise to be back just as soon as I can :) Hugs, Leanne

Chillin' with my gnomies!

Hello everyone!

I have a fun card to share with you today using one of the newest sets, Gnomies Forever!

I'm so in love with this cute gnome! He just puts a smile all over my face! I stamped him once to make a mask and then four more times to make my little group of gnomies. I colored each one in different colors using my copic markers. I made the ground and grass also using my markers. The sun (which I LOVE too hee hee) is from the new Spring Dies 2 set. The sentiment is also from the Gnomies Forever set. Last, I added some faux stitching using my black zig pen.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you all have a AWESOME Monday!

Valentine Pop-Up Diorama Card!

Hello and Happy Monday! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! This is Leanne and I'm here to share a fun Valentine's Day card with you today!

I love learning how to make new types of cards and when I seen this tutorial on how to make a pop-up diorama card I had to give it a try! My panda and the bamboo trees are from the Silhouette store. The grass is a Fiskars punch (the Spring Dies are on my wish list hee hee). The sentiment I used on the front is from Jaded Blossom's last release, Foxy. For the inside of my card, I used the Card Mat dies to cut my opening that my panda is in. I've also used the Foxy stamp set again for the inside sentiment.

This card was so fun to make! It also folds flat so you can still mail it...SWEET!!! I'll definitely be making more of these in the future! If you've not made this style of card I hope I've inspired you to give it a try! Thanks for stopping by today! Hugs, Leanne

We go together like Toast and Jam!

Good morning! I hope everyone had a AWESOME weekend! This is Leanne from CreatedbyLeanne! I'm super excited today because this is my very first design team post!

I made all treats last week for the release so today I decided to make a card! The new release sets are sooo much fun to play with! I decided for today I would use the set, We Go Together Like 2. I found this cute svg file at the Silhouette store. I thought it went great with this sentiment! I've highlighted all the edges using my Stardust jelly roll pen. The photo catches some of the sparkle but  in person it really is all sparkly lol! The eyes are from PK's Sweet on You face assortment and I added liquid glass to them. I also got a little carried away with my white jelly roll pen on the ears hee hee. The original file the little elephant was holding a bottle of milk. I replaced the milk with a heart and I added liquid glass to it too! I've also used my copic marker to add some shading. The background pattern paper is from my stash. I used the Card Mat Dies for my bottom layer. Here's another view from the side....

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed my card for today! Have a GREAT Monday!
Hugs, Leanne
