Guest Designer Rosemary!

Happy Tuesday everyone! It's Guest DT Rosemary here today sharing another rainbow card I created using the Unicorns and Glitter Clear Stamp Set. A new RAINBOWS Challenge started on Sunday so be sure to play along!
I colored this adorable unicorn using Copic Markers. It's generally my go-to coloring medium.
 Copics:
Unicorn: BV20 BV23, Colorless Blender
Pink: RV02, RV06, RV09
Orange: YR02, YR04, YR09
Yellow: Y11, YR23, YR27
Green: YG23, YG67, G28
Teal: BG10, BG15, BG78
Purple: V15, V17, BV08
Star Dust Stickles
To create the card, I cut out two rectangles: one from watercolor paper and one from regular cardstock. You can use the Rectangle Dies 1 or Rectangle Dies 2 to do this step. On the regular cardstock, I drew a cloud design in the corner, and then cut it out using scissors. I distressed the edges of the cloud with Hickory Smoke Distress Ink and stamped one of the sentiments from the Unicorns and Glitter set. Next, I positioned the cloud cut-out and unicorn on the watercolor paper where I wanted it (don't glue it down yet!), and then used a pencil to lightly sketch out the rainbow design. I removed the unicorn and cloud and placed them to the side. I picked out my watercolor markers and added color along the bottom sketched lines. Then, I took a wet paintbrush and spread the ink towards the upper lines. Once that was dry, I covered the rainbow area with scrap paper, scribbled ink onto my acrylic block, added water to it, and use my paintbrush to splatter watercolor around.
To finish off the card, I used foam tape to adhere the cloud and unicorn to the card.

Hugs,
Rosemary
