You're Sweeter than Jellybeans!

Hi everyone, Von Marie here from Vonmariedesign.  Happy first day of March.  I made a Spring project to share with you, using this adorable bunny from the Sweet Bunnies Stamp set. I also used one of the cute faces from the Bunny Faces stamp, that are all available here at the Jaded Blossom Store.

Here is what I made to share with you today:

Bunnies and Jellybeans remind me of Spring, How about you? I seen this cute bunny bucket at my local store and I had to have it. I filled it up with Starburst Jellybeans...those are my favorite kinds of Jellybeans.  I stamped the bunny two times and heat embossed them with Versafine black ink and clear embossing powder.  I colored them in with simple Copic markers to match the pink bunnies from this fun Doodlebug pattern paper.  I then fussy cut my bunnies out.

I wanted a shaker tag, and the Octagon Dies are perfect for a shaker tag.  I nested 2 dies together with washi tape and ran them through my Big Shot machine.  I believe I did that 6 times, so that I had enough room for my sequins to shake.  That is my favorite way to make a shaker by using multiple layers of cardstock and acetate.  I thought the pattern paper of jellybeans and spring colored sequins were perfect for my shaker tag.  I used a flower from the Coffee Slider Add On Die set and layered a diecut from the Card Layer Dies 2.  I also stamped a fun sentiment from Easter Treats 2.  I glued my bunny and my sentiment onto my shaker tag.  I added some grosgrain ribbon, twine, a jellybean sticker,  and a enamel dot sticker.  I also added a hole from my hole puncher for my twine to be threaded through to hang on my bucket.

I made a card to match, using the Card Mat Dies for my stitched panel.  I also had some leftover diecuts from using the Card Layer Dies 2.  I layered some diecuts together and came up with this fun design. I added a sentiment again from Easter Treats 2.  I added my bunny with foam tape, some sequins, a twine bow, and enamel dot stickers to match.

Of course I finished the inside of my card with another leftover diecut and a sentiment from the Sweet Bunnies stamp set that I heat embossed.  I hope you like what I made today,   I will be back soon with another crafty project!
