Guest Designer, Candace!

Hi Everyone!! Candace here from Scrappin' 2 Little Princesses!
I'm super excited to have the opportunity to be a part of Jaded Blossom's Birthday Celebration! Can't wait to show you my project!

I made the cutest little treat holder as a birthday gift for my mom...

I used a 'Happy Birthday' sentiment from the Make A Wish stamp set on a tag from the Silhouette store. Tickled with Teal twine from Trendy Twine went perfectly with my color scheme as well as some Recollections pearls as sprinkles (EVERYTHING has to have sprinkles at our house :)). I used some Colorbox fluid chalk ink to add dimension to my tag and icing. My last couple details were a button and some doodling with a white gelly roll pen.

I cut this little treat box (from the Silhouette store) so that I could fill it up with rockets, which are my mom's favorite candy.

I hope you liked my project and thanks for stopping by for the last day of the Jaded Blossom Birthday Celebration!!

Guest Designer Karey!

 Hello Jaded Blossom Fans!!!

It's Karey from Creative Craft Corner!  I am so excited to help celebrate Jaded Blossom's First Birthday by being one of the many talented Guest Designers.

For today's project I used the Fancy Topper Die to create a treat holder.  First I cut 2 of the fancy topper die.  Next I scored one end of each die at 1 inch.

Next attach both ends together so it looks something like this....

I punched a couple of holes in the top, added some candy in a 3x4 bag, put some twine through the top, stamped "happy holidays" using the Winter Penguin stamp set, then added a cute character from Create a Critter 2 Cricut Cartridge.

Guest Designer, Heather!

Hello Everyone! Heather here from A Canine in Time

I hope you all had a Merry Christmas!

I am absolutely giddy to be a guest designer today for Jaded Blossom! Thank you Michelle and Candace for allowing me to be apart of Jaded Blossom's First Birthday Celebration!

For my project today, I decided to make a Christmas ornament for my Mother's red & white Christmas tree (her birthday is tomorrow!).

I heat embossed the Jaded Blossom stamp, Noel, from their Christmas Wishes set as the
center focal point on both sides of the ornament. The base of this ornament is a smooth styrofoam ball.
I folded 2.5" pieces of ribbon and "quilted" them around the Noel.

Once the both sides of the "quilting" is done, I wrapped a folded and glued piece of the white ribbon around to hide the "seam". Topped off with some pretty ribbon, a ribbon to hang it with and it's all done!

Have a great day and thanks for looking!

Guest Designer, Sarah!

Hi Sarah here from Simply Sarah.  I am so happy and honored to be one of the guest designers this month to help Jaded Blossom celebrate their birthday!
Congrats ladies!
I love all of your products and cannot wait to see what next year brings for the lovely Jaded Blossom.
The project I chose is a 3 parter sort of telling a story.
On Christmas eve, before going to bed Little Miss Paeton Decided to leave Santa some "hot cocoa to go" so he had something to take on his long chilly night with him.

After santa came and went Christmas eve, Little Miss Paeton awoke to find a tag thanking her for his goodies.

Aparently Santa isn't a fan of egg nog.  It looks like he left a special present for Paeton's dad.  I wonder what it could be.

There was laughter all around.

I sure hope you enjoyed my post as much as I had fun making it.  Below are the recipies for each of my pictures

Recipe for Hot Cocoa To Go:
Winter Penguin which was a free-be when the October Stamp Release was purchased
Sentement from hot cocoa stamp set
Dear Santa was written on the insert for the fancy topper die
Milk bottle jar
hot cocoa
mini marshmallows
red/white twine

Santa Tag Recipe:
white gel pen
Stamp from Santa Mail set
red/white twine

Coal Recipe:
bubble glass jar
1.25 inch scalloped circle punch
1 inch circle punch
white gel pen
chocolate coal candies
coal stamp from Christmas Candies stamp set
Letters to spell COAL from Alphabet Candies stamp set

Hey everyone!  Hollie Here. Welcome to my Christmas Eve Jaded Blossom Stamps Happy Birthday Guest Designer day.  I want to wish Jaded Blossom a very Happy 1st Birthday! I'm sure you all have been loving the December Guest Designers projects.  I chose to make some ornaments with my Jaded Blossom Santa Mail Stamps!  I just love this set.  I have used it for so many things it also works great for Elf on a Shelf notes :)

I used this ornament recipe but I stamped it with StazOn ink and painted the top with stickles before I baked it.  When it was done cooling I colored it with Tim Holtz Distress Markers & Spectrum Noir Markers.
I plan on leaving this ornament for my boys on the chimney as a gift from Santa!  I hope y'all enjoyed my project!

Thank you to the Jaded Blossom team for allowing me to participate as a guest designer for December. You have the best stamps, which I used on all of my cards (approx. 80).

Guest Designer, Jovan!

Hello all, Jovan here from Cards by Jovan.  I'm so EXCITED to be todays GDT!  This is such a FUN opportunity.  I just LOVE Jaded Blossom stamps!  Their first year was AMAZING and I can't wait to see what year two holds for them.  What a great idea to make stamps for treats but, they're also great for any projects!

Today I have two cards I made using the beautiful Christmas Wishes set.  I made a set of four for someone, two of each.  I just LOVE this set, it is prefect for quick cards or tags.  The tree and deer are so beautiful on this set.
My cards were really quick to make.  I stamped the tree in Tim Holtz mowed lawn ink and added some red stones.  The sentiment is also from the Christmas Wishes set.  The glitter ribbon is from Michael's and the striped paper is from Fetivus Recollections pad.  For the second card I decided not to add ribbon.  I just love the way they turned out.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today.
Thank you so much Candace and Michelle for letting me celebrate with you...Happy 1st year and many, many more!

Guest Designer, Carol!

Hello and welcome Jaded Blossom friends!

So grab your favorite beverage and jump right in. Today I will be featuring Christmas Wishes and Snowman Poop.

I made two different ornaments for gifts using the Christmas Wishes Stamp set.  The first I used a ceramic ornament and stamped the tree and various sentiments on both sides.

The next ornament, I stamped the tree on both sides of Shrink-A-Dink white and placed inside a plastic ornament with tiny buttons and fake snow.  The ribbon and pine cones are from my stash.

Next I created a card, again using the Christmas Wishes Stamp Set.

For my last project, I made some Chex mix chow treats and using the Snowman Poop stamp set, created a topper for the bag. The snowman is from Creative Memories Cartridge 'Tis the Season and the tag is from Close To My Heart Cartridge Art Philosophy.

Hope you have been following along all month and continue to each day in December with a new Guest Designer each day and prizes.  Also, make sure you participate in the "Crafter's Choice" Monthly Challenge.

Thank you Candace and Michelle ~ Jaded Blossom! I had a wonderful time creating these projects with your amazing and versatile stamp sets.

Until next time - happy scrappin'! ~ Carol

Guest Designer, Lisa!

Hi Everyone! Lisa here..

I am SO SUPER EXCITED to be a Guest Designer for Jaded Blossom today! I feel so privileged to be part of their month long Birthday Celebration! For today's project I wanted to use the Sweet Celebration stamp set. I totally LOVE it. Who wouldn't want something that reminds them of Candyland...  I decided to make a charm bracelet and earrings using this set, and I knew my project wouldn't be complete without using CANDY!!! So I created 3 boxes using a scoreboard and filled each one with one of the items. The boxes are 2x2x2, 3x3x2, and 4x4x2.

Here is it all put together

In the top box is the earrings.

In the middle box I put the "Kisses" stamped with Gumdrops on the bottom.

The bottom box holds the charm bracelet.

Here is what the charms look like before and after.

For making the charms I used Shrinky Dink Frosted Ruff N' Ready. I stamped the smooth side with StazOn Ink using the Sweet Celebration set and then colored the frosted side using colored pencils. I used a
circle punch to punch out my charms and  then used a regular sized hole punch to make a hole. I then used my embossing gun to heat up the Shrinky Dink.

Supplies:
Shrinky Dinks Frosted Ruff N' Ready
All Jewelry supplies are from Walmart
Colored Pencils
Glittered and White Cardstock
Embossing Gun
Hole Punch
2" Circle Punch - EK Success
StazOn Jet Black Ink
Stampin' Up Markers
Martha Stewart Scoreboard
White Tulle

Thanks for Stopping By!

My favorite being "Do not open until Dec 25"! I also love the "From the North Pole" stamp as well! These stamps work PERFECTLY for Craft Show items, Teacher Gifts, Stocking Stuffers, etc!

Guest Designer, Angela!

I couldn't be more thrilled than I am today! Jaded Blossom (my absolute FAVORITE stamp company) is turning 1...and to celebrate, they choose 25 people to be a guest designer on their blog for them! YIPPEE!!! I was one of the ladies that got picked! With that being said, lets get on with my project..... Theme is crafters choice which made it that much harder to pick something! haha!!! I just got some fabulous Echo Park Christmas paper in their Holly Jolly line and I knew I wanted to use that....so I made a Christmas craft to share!

Countdown to Christmas!
I took a plain Advent calendar that I purchased from Hobby Lobby last year after Christmas and revamped it. I cut out different paper from the Echo Park line and adhered it to each pull out drawer. Then I used different patterns for each edge (top and bottom is red, sides are chevron).

All the numbers I used for the dates came from Jaded Blossom's Number Candies stamps. The tag "Merry Christmas" & "Happy Holidays" came from their Christmas Wishes set.

I put some "coal" and "elf poop" in some of the drawers for the boys to eat! I used the Christmas Candies for the bottoms.

Box 25 has their special treat in it! I made this cute tag with the stamps from Santa Mail set.

I LOVE these bags! I put a few quarters in them and then the big prize is $1 for each kid! I tied the top with some trendy twine & divine twine in their holiday colors.

I used Puppy Love for the bag with the doggy and "Happy Howlidays!", Winter Wishes was used for the bag with the snowman and "there's snowman like you". Finally, I used Winter Penguin for the last bag (that stamp was a limited stamp).

Thanks for stopping by today to help celebrate Jaded Blossom's 1st Birthday!
