Java Time!

Happy Friday everyone! Have you checked out the monthly challenge at Jaded Blossom? The theme for July is:
RED, WHITE, and BLUE
You still have time to play along with us! The deadline to link up your card is Saturday, August 1st at 11:59pm PST for a chance to win a FREE stamp set of your choice!

Since this month's release was all about coffee, I decided to combine the coffee theme with the Red, White, and Blue Challenge. I used this adorable gal from the set called JAVA TIME. Isn't she CUTE?!
The best part is that this set is 40% off right now during the JULY CELEBRATION SALE (7/10-7/25)!!

 Copics:
Skin: E000, E00, E01, E11, E13
Hair: E42, E47, E49
Red: R24, R27, R29, R59
Blue: B06, B97, B99
White: C3, C5, Colorless Blender
Black: C5, C8, Black

I recently ordered some Jaded Blossom dies, and one of my new favorites is the COFFEE SLIDER DIE. It makes the perfect gift card holder for your coffee loving friends. It's also part of the sale and is 20% off!! To create the coffee bean background I used the new COFFEE BEAN STENCIL (hurry, only 2 of these left in the store) with Broken China and Blueprint Sketch Distress Oxide Inks. The patterned red, white and blue paper is from Doodlebug Design Land That I Love 6x6 Paper Pad. The "Hope Your Birthday is Grande" sentiment came from the new FRAPPE BIRTHDAY CLEAR STAMP SET.

Here you can see how the top of it slides out to show the gift card. I raised the Java girl and sentiment on foam tape for extra dimension.

We hope you come play along with us! And be sure to check out the Jaded Blossom Store to grab all those deals from the July Celebration Sale!! They also have various Cutting Dies to make party favors along with Favor Bags and Boxes.

Hugs,
Rosie

Java Great Day!

Hi everyone!  It's Von Marie here from Vonmariedesign and I have a coffee card for you today using some of my favorite Jaded Blossom products!

Here is what I made:

I made this card using Java Time, Rectangle Dies 1, and Medical Dies.  Isn't she cute? She definitely is a favorite of mine.  I first stamped the girl and heat embossed her, and then I heat embossed the  sentiment in the coffee mug.  I then did some coloring with my Copic markers and fussy cut her out.

I found some fun pattern paper to match my girl using the Rectangle dies 1.  I then thought it would be fun to use the heart beat and RX word die from the Medical Dies.  I copic colored the RX to match and die cut it out three times for depth.

I used another rectangle for the inside of my card and stamped another sentiment with a coffee bean stamped in brown ink.  I added the girl with foam tape and then my panel was added to a top folding A2 card base.  I added enamel dots and that was it.  I hope you like my card for today, thank you for stopping by!

Pillow Box Purse/Handbag

Hello everyone! It's Tina from The Scrappin Rabbit blog and I have some fun treat/gift boxes to share with you today. I decorated these pillow boxes with my Jaded Blossom Dies to create a fun purse/handbag!

Here is a video for a closer look:

I used the Border Dies to cut out the stitched handles and adhered them with brads. The new Label Shape Dies worked perfectly for the top layering piece.

The adorable bow is from the Bow Dies and I added bling to the center. The teeny tag is from the Mini Tag Dies and the tiny sentiment is from the Java Time stamps.

Here is a list of what I used for my project:

Coffee Themed Cards

Hi everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug and I am sharing these fun Coffee themed cards.

I found these fun Doodlebug cut files at the Silhouette Store and made these cards.
I started the square card with a standard A2 card base and added the mats using the Card Mat Dies.
The background is layered with cuts from the Layered Frame and Journal Die, Stitched Circle Dies, and Flag Dies 2.
I stamped the sentiment onto the flag banner using the Java Time stamp set and pop dotted the iced coffee onto the card.
I created the shaped cards by outlining and then welding 2 together at the top.
I cut them out with my Cameo and pop dotted the bottom rim of the lids on.
I stamped the sentiments from the Coffee Break and Java Time stamp sets.

I hope you all liked my cards for today and thanks for visiting!

Have a great day!

Perk Up!!! :)

Hi My Friendly Bloggers!
This is Cindy from Cindy's Scraptastic Designs,  It's my day to post over at Jaded Blossom.
For today's post I took a die and made something totally different with it. I turned the Candy Caddy into a k-cup holder. I LOVE my coffee!!!
I used Jaded Blossom the Candy Caddy for the base of my k-cup box, the Fall Dies for the leaves, the Mini Tag Dies for the little tag to add a sentiment from the set Java Time and the
Gift Cards Galore for the other sentiment and from SVG Cutting Files I used the
Kawaii Latte Slide Card for the coffee cup and added a face from Peachy Keen Stamps from the set PK-1521 In the Garden II Faces 1-1/8 inch. I also added real coffee beans!
Hope you like my project for today!! :)

You will need to cut two Candy Caddy panels and then you will cut them right were the second handle would start!
So for the bottom you will cut one Candy Caddy panel and then you will cut off both of the handles, were the stitching is!!!
The inside panel is 3 1/2" x 5" and fold the two sides 1/2" that is were you will glue to the inside,  line up the top of this piece with top of the bottom panel, it will give you the right height that way. The circles are the same size as the circle that is part of the sun die.
I made that part on my cricut!!!
 2" 1/2 x 5" for the front panel
Supplies I Used for my Treat Box:

We have a GREAT new Challenge over at SVG Cutting Files

Hi My Friendly Bloggers!
This is Cindy from Cindy's Scraptastic Designs,  It's my day to post.
Today I made two projects to give to one of my friends, she is such a sweet friend!!!
My first project is a card using Java Time stamp set for the sweet girl and the sentiment, the
Card Mat Dies for one of the layers, the Scallop Slider & Topper Die for the other layer,
the Valentine Dies for the hearts. I colored this sweet image with my Copic markers and added some glossy Accents. I LOVE the way it came out, that image is ADORABLE!!!

Here is my second project using the Java Time for the girl and the sentiment, the Treat Tag Die for the base of the tag, the Valentine Dies for the hearts and the 1x8 Clear Bags for the coffee beans.
again I used my Copic markers and added some glossy Accents.
Hope you like my projects for today!!! :)
