See ya lator Alligator!!

Happy Monday!!

Barb from BugBites here with another Jaded Blossom inspired project.

I have a quick little treat card today. It's fun to leave these behind after a visit to someones office or home.

I started with the base card using the Jaded Blossom scallop slider and topper die.

Once I had the treats in the bag and slid through the card, I embellished with some washi tape and this cute alligator which coordinated nicely with my sentiment.

Here's the list of other JB items I used to make my treat card....

Too Cute to Spook!

Hello there and happy Monday! Barb from BugBites here to share a new treat project today all ready for Halloween treat giving using some spooky Jaded Blossom dies.

I filled a jar with some of those Halloween peeps and other goodies before embellishing.

The lid looked a bit plain after I added the tag and such so I added some pattern paper and a spider web die cute. I think that was the finishing touch it needed.

Here's the list of items I used on today's project...

More details can be found here.

Knight Bite Treats!

Barb from BugBites here for a Monday Jaded Blossom Design Day project.

My little treat bag features the new Scallop Slider & Topper die along with an old favorite stamp set, Knight Bites.

The Knight is form SVG Cutting Files here.

I simply wrapped the chocolates in coordinating paper before attaching the topper to the treat bag.
I love these topper dies. Makes treats so much fun!

Happy Fall!

Fall is here and it's time to get the pumpkins out. Barb from BugBites here to share a little decor item to get you in an autumn mood.

These pumpkin soap containers are perfect for a little fall decor in the house or as a fall treat for the neighbor. A simple tag makes them ready for gift giving.

I love this burlap paper for fall projects. It adds great dimension to my tags today.

Tools I used for the tags: Treat Tag DieFall dies, Harvest Sign stamps and some pretty ribbon.

No Lion!

Happy Monday! Barb with BugBites here with a quick project using a treat that I found when on vacation a couple weeks ago in Whistle, BC.

I first discovered the delicious Lion bar several years ago when I was in London. Have only seen them a few times in the U.S. so I was thrilled to find it on this recent trip. It's like a 100,000 bar but better!

I did a simple tag using the Jaded Blossom Treat Tag die and the Go Wild Stamp set and tied it with a simple bow to the chocolate bar. all the details are on my blog.

Hero in Disguise!

Barb here from BugBites with a super cute treat project using that retro candy, Chuckles!

When I hear Chuckles, I think of clowns, so I pieced together this cute clown found here.
The Jaded Blossom Treat Tag die was the base for my clown to rest upon.

The sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom  Super Hero Stamp set. Who would have thought a stamp from a Super Hero set would work with a clown...LOL!

I added some sparkle and washi tape for that whimsical look you would expect from a clown. Love that PKS face stamp as well.

I put my candies into a treat bag found here and tied it up with some twine and a button. It's ready to give and make someone smile.

Just add Milk!

Hey all, it's Barb from BugBites with a little treat project using these chocolate milk straws I picked up a few weeks ago at the local grocery store.

The chocolate milk straws were already packaged nicely so I just added a little Moo-velous topper.

Here's how I did it....Cow SVG file from Miss Kate's Cuttables, Sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Milk and Cookies stamp set stamp on top of a stitched mat using the Jaded Blossom Card Mat dies.

Heartfelt Thanks

Here we are at another Monday. Why do the weekends go so fast!

Barb from BugBites here with a project using one of the newest products in the JB store, the Candy Caddy Die
It's a bit girly but I think a it's a pretty little thank you gift. I cut all the parts and put them together. Then added the lace, ribbon and svg rose cut file that I found in the Silhouette store.
The sentiment is from the JB Kind Thanks stamp set.

I have several of these tealight candles and three of them fit perfectly in the tray die perfectly.
This Candy Caddy die set is a must have!

Got S'more?

Happy Monday!  Barb here from BugBites with a fun summer treat.
It's Summer and that usually means camping, swimming at the lake and of coarse roasting things over a fire. Who doesn't love s'mores! S'mores aren't just for camping anymore!

I used the Fancy Topper die and paired it up with the Got S'mores? stamp set. This stamp set had everything from the little recipe to the cute cookie treat image I added on top with a little twine and button.

Go ahead and enjoy a little S'more!

Beware: Radio-Active Treats!

Happy Monday! Hope you are all enjoying the long weekend.  Barb here from BugBites to share a project I did using my new  Dainty Topper Die! I can't believe I didn't have this in my collection before now.  I had to use it as soon as it arrived in the mail.

The topper shape was perfect for my little "radioactive" design. I love the bright colors for this little package.
The scientist cut file is from SVG Cutting Files Science Rocks collection which paired nicely with the sentiment.

I wrapped some chocolates with coordinating papers and added some stamps before packaging everything up.  Here's how how the entire package looks.
Did you know that all this fantastic paper for this project is in the Jaded Blossom store. That's what I call one stop shopping!

Here's a list of all the fun stuff I used to make today's project:

Say Cheese!

Happy Monday! It's Barb from BugBites here with a little treat bag to share with you today using a couple things from the Jaded Blossom store.
I just love this little mouse. Makes me smile so I had to use him for some treats.

The topper is done using the  Fancy Topper Die and the sentiment is from the Olive You stamp set. That mouse is from SVG Cutting files and can be found here

I added some ribbon and doodles with my white and black pen to finish my little project.  The treat bags can be found in the store here as well.

Hugs and Kisses!

Happy Monday. It's Barb from BugBites  and i's my design day today. I have a treat box to share today using a stamp from the Perfect Match that was released in March.

I have seen many versions of this box out there using a sizzix die. I don't have that die nor a sizzix to use it in so I had to create my own version.
The box opens on the bottom for easy filling of treats. I added scallop borders to the front and embossed them to look like ruffles on the dress.
I then added sequins for the flowers at the waist.

I hand cut the tag after stamping this wonderful sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Perfect Match stamp set.

Have a crafty day!

Chocolate Bunnies and more!

Hello! It's Barb from BugBites
I have a fun little project today. They are chocolate bunnies. Well, not the chocolate bunny you probably think of.

These little bunnies would be great in a basket or as favors at Easter dinner by each plate.

I started with cutting wrappers with the Candy Wrap Dies from white card stock.
Then I used pastel inks and the Easter Candy wraps stamps to stamp them.

I stamped a couple sentiments and carrots from the Easter Candies stamp set, punched them out and added them with glue dots.

For the Bunny heads and tails, I  used the new Nugget Heads cut file from SVG Cutting Files in the store now.  I used the PKS face stamps to add a cute face.

I couldn't just stop at bunnies so here are a few other critters.

Cuddly cat and dog. Love those PKS faces.

For the cat body I used the Wedding Candy Wraps and the Forest Animal candies.

.

And one last one for the little boys...a frog!

I hope you enjoyed my project today.
