Pamper Yourself!

Happy Monday. Barb from BugBites here with this little gift to pamper someone special.

I took a pair of spa socks and tied them up with a pretty white silk bow and a tag.

The sentiment is from the new stamp set released this past week called Holiday Pampering.
I love the sequin stamps as well from the Party Splatter stamp set also released last week. I added

Happy Turkey day!

Happy Monday. Barb from BugBites here with a little treat for those little Thanksgiving guests that need a little something to hold them over til Thanksgiving dinner.

I made a topper for my candy bag using the label dies. I simply folded some paper in half and then ran it through the cuttlebug with the die aligned along the edge opposite of the fold.

I decorated it with a cut file from SVG Cutting files along with a sentiment and tag.

Here's a list of what I used to embellish my treat  today.....

Just Chillin'

Happy Monday. It's Barb from BugBites.
Today I am sharing a cool treat I did using a bunch of Jaded Blossom dies.

I used a new Jaded Blossom Die released last week.
I stapled two panels together to make a pocket for a chocolate square.

I added a bow around the package and added a couple stamped images. A great way to use up scrap papers.

Here's a list of what I used to embellish my store bought treat bag.....

Good to the last bite!

Happy Monday. It's Barb from BugBites.
Can you believe it is the last Monday in September already.

Today I have a fun treat bag all decked out for Halloween.

I don't always have time to make a treat box from start to finish so finding treats already packaged in the holiday colors make it a snap.

This treat bag is a simple bag of colored popcorn for Halloween. To dress it up I got out some of my Jaded Blossom dies and stamps and quickly I had a super cute treat bag without all the hassle.

You're Nutty!

Hello there....It's Barb with BugBites here with a "nutty" treat project.

I put together a little treat box using my favorite candies..snack size snicker bars. Three of them fit perfectly in this clear treat box.

I used a border die from the Tropical Dies to make a few layers of grass for my forest friend to stand on which also gave me a place to stamp my sentiment.

Here 's what I used on t his project today...

Dragon Poop---Who Knew!

Happy Monday!!
It's Barb with BugBites starting out the week here at Jaded blossom with Dragon Poop?!

Yup- you read right. Here it is... one large box of Dragon Poop!!!

I embellished a box of whopper candies with a dragon I found in the silhouette store.
It's a quick treat that will make anyone who's received it laugh.
The Knight Bites stamp set is one of my favorites and  it worked well with the Dimensional Dies

A basket full of treats!

Happy Monday!!
Barb here from BugBites and I have a spring time treat to share with you.
Yes, an Easter Basket. It is that time of year after all.

This super cute Easter basket is from SVG Cutting files and is in the store now. This basket reminds me of the basket I had when I was a child.

Jaded Blossom has the perfect sentiments stamps and tag dies to stamp them on. For my treat basket, I used the  JB Mini Tag dies 2 and Easter Treats 2 stamp set to add the elegant Easter Wishes tag.

I mirrored the basket  in the Silhouette design studio so I would have the same on the back side. That allowed me to sandwich a simple box between the two for a few chocolate eggs.

Frog or Prince?

Happy Monday!! It's Barb from BugBites and the question today is Frog or Prince?
We all have heard the fairy tale about kissing the frog to get our prince, but what if the frog is chocolate?

Today I have a treat bag project to share with you and look-- a chocolate frog!!!

I found this chocolate frog at Target of all places.
I matched it up with this little princess die cut from SVG Cutting Files here

All papers were from Doodlebug and the cute princess face is from Peachy Keen.

Too Cute to Spook!

Hello there and happy Monday! Barb from BugBites here to share a new treat project today all ready for Halloween treat giving using some spooky Jaded Blossom dies.

I filled a jar with some of those Halloween peeps and other goodies before embellishing.

The lid looked a bit plain after I added the tag and such so I added some pattern paper and a spider web die cute. I think that was the finishing touch it needed.

Here's the list of items I used on today's project...

More details can be found here.

Hero in Disguise!

Barb here from BugBites with a super cute treat project using that retro candy, Chuckles!

When I hear Chuckles, I think of clowns, so I pieced together this cute clown found here.
The Jaded Blossom Treat Tag die was the base for my clown to rest upon.

The sentiment is from the Jaded Blossom  Super Hero Stamp set. Who would have thought a stamp from a Super Hero set would work with a clown...LOL!

I added some sparkle and washi tape for that whimsical look you would expect from a clown. Love that PKS face stamp as well.

I put my candies into a treat bag found here and tied it up with some twine and a button. It's ready to give and make someone smile.

Beware: Radio-Active Treats!

Happy Monday! Hope you are all enjoying the long weekend.  Barb here from BugBites to share a project I did using my new  Dainty Topper Die! I can't believe I didn't have this in my collection before now.  I had to use it as soon as it arrived in the mail.

The topper shape was perfect for my little "radioactive" design. I love the bright colors for this little package.
The scientist cut file is from SVG Cutting Files Science Rocks collection which paired nicely with the sentiment.

I wrapped some chocolates with coordinating papers and added some stamps before packaging everything up.  Here's how how the entire package looks.
Did you know that all this fantastic paper for this project is in the Jaded Blossom store. That's what I call one stop shopping!

Here's a list of all the fun stuff I used to make today's project:

Say Cheese!

Happy Monday! It's Barb from BugBites here with a little treat bag to share with you today using a couple things from the Jaded Blossom store.
I just love this little mouse. Makes me smile so I had to use him for some treats.

The topper is done using the  Fancy Topper Die and the sentiment is from the Olive You stamp set. That mouse is from SVG Cutting files and can be found here

I added some ribbon and doodles with my white and black pen to finish my little project.  The treat bags can be found in the store here as well.

Hugs and Kisses!

Happy Monday. It's Barb from BugBites  and i's my design day today. I have a treat box to share today using a stamp from the Perfect Match that was released in March.

I have seen many versions of this box out there using a sizzix die. I don't have that die nor a sizzix to use it in so I had to create my own version.
The box opens on the bottom for easy filling of treats. I added scallop borders to the front and embossed them to look like ruffles on the dress.
I then added sequins for the flowers at the waist.

I hand cut the tag after stamping this wonderful sentiment from the Jaded Blossom Perfect Match stamp set.

Have a crafty day!

Easter Treat!

Hello! It's Barb from BugBites and I'm here to share a quick and easy Easter treat for you. That's right, the ever popular sour cream container.

The twist on mine is that I used a piece of acetate to make my container so that you can clearly see the little goodness waiting inside for you.

I cut my acetate to 4.25" x 5.5".  A simple tutorial can be found here.

I used the Jaded Blossom Spring Dies and Easter Candies stamp set to add a little sentiment tag.

I love those chocolate carrots. I picked them up at Target.

Thanks for stopping by.
