Spring is Here!

Hi everyone!  It's Von Marie here from Vonmariedesign.  I have some fun Spring treats to share with you.

Here is what I made to share with you today:

I made these cute Spring tags using the Smell the Flowers stamp set, Treat Tag Die, and Mini Tag Dies 2.

I first stamped and heat embossed this sweet girl on Bristol Smooth cardstock.  I knew I wanted to use my Zig water color brush markers and water brush to color her in.  I also die cut the top layer of the Treat Tag Die with Bristol cardstock, so I could color some sky for the background.  I also used some grass washi tape from doodlebug for my ground.  I then fussy cut the girls out to place them on my tags with foam tape.

I stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from Smell the flowers stamp set, using Mini Tag Dies 2.  I also added the flower hole reinforcer from the Treat Tag Die and used some sheer green ribbon to tie my tags on these cute bunny cookies.

Lastly, I added some enamel dots, Nuvo drops, and gel accents with my white Gelly roll pen.  Now that completes my tags and they are ready to gift.  I hope you like my project for today.   I hope you visit the Jaded Blossom Store for products used on my project.  I appreciate you stopping by!

Thanks a Bunch!!

Hi everyone...Lee-Ann here...it's my day to post here at the Jaded Blossom blog...YAY!!! I made 2 cards and a treat bag using a technique from a Jennifer McGuire video. Lovin' the water colour look with a bleed! Basically you stamp the outline image in water proof ink...then stamp the solid image with distress ink...and then spray the image with a mister to allow the ink to bleed. Super easy and quick! Thanks for stopping by...Lee-Ann :)

You're not getting older...

Hi everyone...DT Lee-Ann here and it's my turn to post on the Jaded Blossom Blog..I chose to make a quick little card with a matching treat...LOVE how this set turned out. I stamped the little girl from the Jaded Blossom set called "Smell the Flowers" on a white piece of card stock that I had already cut into a circle using the Jaded Blossom Stitched Circle die...I then coloured her with Spectrum Noir markers...masked her off, then blended a quick background using Distress inks. I stamped little flowers from the set using Versamark...then I white heat embossed them and added pearl centers. I then cut mats out of patterned papers using the Jaded Blossom Scallop Square die, Border dies and Card Mat dies...and Bam, Done!

For the treat I used the SVG Cutting Files Wonderland Hop Freebie Rolled Rose(a Freebie HERE) to top a Jaded Blossom 1x8" treat bag. I inked the flowers edges and added Stickles...added a green ribbon bow and a quick little tag using JB Mini Tags 2 dies and another sentiment from the Smell the Flowers stamp set. Spring Strawberry Basket

Good Morning! This is Mel from Doxie Mel Designs. Spring is Here (or will be someday).  Here is my adorable Strawberry Basket!  I found these chocolate strawberry candies and knew they would be a fun treat.  I filled a basket from the Silhouette Store with strawberry candies and just tucked in the Strawberry Chibi from SVG Cutting Files. Blossoms are added to her and the basket with the Spring Die.
 Love that little flower!
I stamped "Spring is Here" on the Mini Tag Die.  The eye of the tag was just cut on the side so I could attach to the strawberry top. "You're Sweet" is stamped on the banner from the Mini Tag Die set.
Here is a close up of this cutie!
Her face is from Peachy Keen Stamps, PK-1370.
