Guest Designer, Gigi!

Hello everyone! This is GiGi from The Cricut Bug here to share a project with you using my Jaded Blossom supplies. I am just loving these fun sentiments in the Kawaii Sentiments stamp set!
I created a notebook holder for my project today.

I made the notebook holder with a custom design and used a template for the pencil holder. You can find the template for the pencil holder HERE
To create the notebook cover, I cut a piece of cardstock at 8 1/2 X 7 1/8 inches. I scored it with the 7 1/8 inch side up at 3 and 3 1/4. I glued in a notebook adding the closure to the underside of the notebook before I glued it down. I used the Candy Wrap Dies for the closure tab with a velcro dot. I also added the stamped calculator using the Science Candies and layered it on punched circles.
I cut the cat from the SVG Cutting Files Steve The Nerdy Cat. I added some Glossy Accents to his glasses and used my I-Rock to add some silver hot rocks to his suspenders.
To finish, I stamped the sentiment using the Kawaii Sentiments onto the Curly Label Die

I hope you all enjoyed seeing my project and thanks for visiting!
Have a great day!

Guest Designer, Cathy!

Hi Everyone, Cathy here.  I am excited to be Guest Designing for Jaded Blossom.

I know we have all begun to feel the "crunch time" of the holiday season, but take some time, grab your coffee, tea or hot cocoa and prepare to have a little fun.

One of things I LOVE about Jaded Blossom stamps is the "kiss" line.  You see I'm a big treat maker.  I have a staff of almost 40 people and I love making treats.  When I saw their "kiss" stamps I knew the order would be soon be going in for them all!

Here's my project!

How about a giant kiss package for a packet of Hershey Kisses?

I designed this on my Gypsy but you don't have to have a Gypsy to make this work.
With your cutter, select your favorite heart and if you don't own a Gyspy, cut out two.  Score the bottom
(or actually the top) of your heart about 1/2 inch from the edge where the bumps start.  Fold them and glue
then together.  As you bend them up, you have just made your Hershey looking holder.  If you own a Gyspy, place two hearts on your mat, flip one, line them up and weld.

I cut my heart at 4.5, but you can cut any size. The bigger the cut, the more candy!

I used the Jaded Blossom gusset bags to hold my kisses that were stamped with Winter Candies and Christmas Candies. The sentiments were cut out with a 3/4 inch punch.

I used a deep burgundy ink so it stood out on the silver foil.  I adhered the sentiment with glue dots.  I added one more on the front of my package. I added a burgundy 1 inch circle behind the sentiment to make it stand out even more.  The label on the front of my package is the Curly Label Die from Jaded Blossom. The Curly Everyday Border was also stamped with the burgundy ink.

To finish off my package I used some jute from my stash along with some holiday ribbon and some greenery punched out of green paper.

I love how these turned out! I'm honored to be a Guest Designer today and I hope you've gotten some inspiration to take some time out of your hectic life and craft.  There's something about paper, scissors, adhesive and CHOCOLATE to get my motor running!

Have a blessed holiday season and thanks again for stopping by.

Guest Designer, Dottie!

Hello everyone! Dottie here with my last guest designer post for November. I'm happy to be sharing my project with you today, but sad it will be my last time.

Today I have made some treat bags with a cute lil tag using the JB Curly Label Die that I cut out on double sided christmas paper from Recollections. It's stamped with JB Winter Wishes and tied to the JB gusset bag with a lil trendy twine. They are filled with special treat called Christmas Crack. It's kinda like a sweet chocolaty chex mix (Recipe on my blog).

A special thanks to Candace and Michelle for allowing me this great opportunity!
It has been an amazing month. Thanks for stopping by, have a great week!!

Now on to our fabulous Guest Designer Dottie's project for today...

Hi everyone!
Dottie here! I am the guest designer for Jaded Blossom today!

For my project today I made some little gifts for some very
important ladies that I had the pleasure of volunteering with last weekend!
My aunt has a charity that serves meals to the less fortunate. We packaged up
over 100 jars of bean soup and split pea soup mixes!

The sentiment is from Thanksgiving wishes and it says Thankful for you, I thought this was the perfect sentiment to let them know their time and work is
appreciated! The bags are of course the 3x4" bags
from Jaded Blossom as well as the Fancy Topper Die and Curly Label Die. The kisses
are stamped on cream paper with Thanksgiving Candies stamps.
I added a little bow made out of sweater trim in gumball green from Stampin up to finish it off.

Thanks for checking out my project!!
