Happy Friday everyone! It's Rosie here today with my latest project for Jaded Blossom. My niece has a birthday coming up and since she was born in the 90s, she decided to throw a 1990s party! I have my outfit picked out so I'm ready!! I decided to do a rainbow bright Lisa Frank style birthday card.

To create the background, I rubbed various Distress Oxide Inks over the Star Stencil on white cardstock. I then colored around the stars with a black marker. Next, I stamped one of the images from Love The 80s Stamp Set onto the Treat Tag Die,
and colored it in with markers. I also inked up the tag die mat with DO
Inks for the rainbow colors. I added some ribbon to the top of the tag
and added it to the card base with foam tape.
