Make Gnome Mistake!!

Hi there crafty friends!!  Nicole here today with a card to share with you -

I started creating my card by stamping all of my images in Memento Black Ink onto some Neenah solar white 80 lb paper since I planned to use my Copic markers to color them in.  The images along with the sentiment are from Whimsical Gnomes and Village: Mushroom House.  I cut the images out with my Scan n cut (but you could easily fussy cut them too!!) and then went on to work on my background.

For my background layer I used some Bristol Smooth cardstock as I knew I wanted to work with Distress Inks.  I cut out the background layer with the Rectangle Dies 1.  I free hand cut a hill background out of some masking paper.  I used "mowed lawn" and "forest sage" for the grass and "broken china" and "tumbled glass" for the sky.

My background layer is popped up with some fun foam and I popped up the gnome with some foam adhesive too.  I added some shimmer using my Spectrum Noir Clear Sparkle Pen and added some clear Nuvo drops too.

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
