Halloween Highland Cow

Happy Friday everyone! It's Rosie here today sharing a Halloween Card with a little twist. I LOVE highland cows especially miniature ones. If I lived on a farm, I would definitely own some. So I'm using the Gnome Friends Cow Die to create an adorable Halloween cow. Isn't he fun?!

To create my spooky scene, I also used dies from Gnome Dies: Halloween Add Ons (hat, bat, ghost, cat, and Boo), along with Gnome Dies: Fall Add Ons for the jack-o-lantern. I created the background using green cardstock and applying black ink around the edges and over a cloud die-cut from Border Dies 2. I also cut a grassy knoll using Mushroom Dies and ink over it with black to create the bottom of the card. The Rickety Fence was cut out of kraft cardstock and the edges inked up with black ink.

Remember, we have a current "1980's THEME" Challenge until September 6th
for a chance to win a free stamp set! You don't have to have a blog to play along. You can load your card to the Jaded Blossom's Garden of Creativity Facebook Group and then add your link from Facebook. There are instructions HERE to help you!

Have a great weekend!

Happy Birthday

Hello, crafty friends! Cynthia here sharing a birthday themed card! I seem to always run out of birthday cards and it's time to stock up! I created this greeting filled card for a fellow September-born friend!

I chose a festive, confetti paper background for this celebratory card. I did some surgery on some of the sentiments from So Many Birthdays with my paper snips so that they fit on the word bubbles. I chose white cardstock for the word bubbles so they pop.

Thanks for stopping by!

Sip Sip Hooray!

 Hi everyone and happy Tuesday!

Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner with you today and
I love having thank you cards in my stash so I decided to make a fun one using some tag dies!

Here is a look at the card that I created:

I wanted to have a gift card holder that also doubled as a card so that a message could be written to the recipient & this one was so super simple to make!

I started by cutting the tag from the Pocket Tag Die out twice from some Kraft cardstock. I cut off the pocket on one of the pieces and then scored along the top so that it would bend once it was attached to the tag with the pocket. I stamped the sentiment from the Coffee & Friends stamp set onto the pocket and added some hearts from the Embellishment Clusters Die. I added a striped scallop using some patterned paper and a die from the Pocket Tag Die to the pocket and a coordinating bow that I cut out using the Bow Dies. I added a couple of white Nuvo drops to complete my card.

This doesn't even have to be used as a Thank You, it could also be used as a random act of kindness :)

Thank you so much for stopping by today and taking a look at my latest creation!
I really appreciate it!
I hope you have a great crafty day!
