FLASH BACK FRIDAY with Rosie!

Happy Friday everyone! For the month of March, Jaded Blossom has been doing weekly challenges in the Jaded Blossom's Garden of Creativity Facebook Group for a chance to win various prizes. It's been so much fun to see all the cards entered in the challenges, along with reading the answers to the weekly questions! To finish up the month, I'm hosting a FLASH BACK FRIDAY Challenge. I have an album set up HERE to load one of your favorite OLDER cards. The challenge will last for a week, until Friday April 4th. I'll draw a random winner and announce the winner on Saturday, April 5th in the Jaded Blossom's Garden of Creativity Facebook Group!

I'll never forget my first ever Jaded Blossom card because it happened when I was given the opportunity to guest design for them back in April of 2020. It's hard to believe I'm coming up on my 5 year Anniversary as part of the Jaded Blossom team! This team and company are AMAZING, and I'm truly blessed to be able to design alongside some the most talented ladies in the industry! My first card was posted on my blog on April 5th, 2020 and featured the Happy Easter Gnome Stamp Set, along with Kawaii Weather Stamp Set and Mushroom Dies

Following that month of guest designing, I was invited to join the Jaded Blossom team as a permanent team member starting in May 2020. I still remember how excited I was when I was asked to join this awesome team!

Here are the other cards I created in April of 2020 as a Guest Designer.

I hope you come over to the Facebook Group and play along in our FLASH BACK FRIDAY! Remember, we also have a current "ANYTHING GOES" Challenge until April 5th for a chance at winning a free stamp set! You don't have to have a blog to play along. You can load your card to the Jaded Blossom's Garden of Creativity Facebook Group and then add your link from Facebook. There are instructions HERE to help you!

Have a great weekend!

Thank You

Hello, crafty friends! Cynthia here sharing this simple spring floral project. I have been inspired by the birds and the bees and flowers in my backyard for this card.

I chose a neutral background to highlight the die cut the flowers from Flower Dies in gradient purple cardstock.  I die cut the stamens from Tropical Flower Dies in the complementary color yellow and added black centers to the flowers to match the cardstock base.

I stamped a sentiment from Everyday Vertical Greetings onto a strip from the Rectangle Strip Card Mat Die and tucked it behind one of the flowers to finish off the card.

Thanks for stopping by!

Easter Goody Bag!

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday!

Stacey from Stacey's Creative Corner here today
and I created an adorable Easter goody bag to share with you.

For my project, I started by creating my treat bag using some white cardstock and the Goody Bag Die. I used the layering die that comes with the Goody Bag Die to cut out a piece of blue patterned paper so that I could build a little scene. I used the Spring Dies to cut out a piece of green patterned paper to create some grass and adhered that down, being sure to not add the adhesive all the way to the top. I used the Gnome Dies: Easter Add Ons to create my little Easter basket and filled it with some eggs that I cut out using the Build A Booth: Easter Add Ons. I tucked my basket behind the top of the grass, tilting it just a bit for a little whimsy. I stamped the bunny from the Large Bunny stamp set with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink onto some Copic friendly paper and did some simple coloring. I cut him out using the Large Bunny Outline Dies and popped him up onto my bag with some foam tape. I added some black enamel dots for his little eyes and some glasses using the Glasses Dies. I stamped my sentiment, also from the Large Bunny stamp set, and popped it up above the bunny with more foam tape.

To close my little bag, I simply used a hole punch to create a small hole, threaded some plaid ribbon through and tied white ribbon into a bow to keep the plaid ribbon in place.

I placed some white paper shred and some little Easter candies inside.

Thank you so much for stopping by today!
I really appreciate it!

I hope you have a great crafty day!

Guest Designer Meghan!

Hello Everyone! Guest Designer Meghan here.  Hi Crafty Friends, Did you know that March is National Celery Month? What does that mean? It means it's time to enjoy this crunchy vegetable and learn about its health benefits. It's a good source of fiber, potassium, and vitamins A and C, it has anti-inflammatory properties and can help reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and it's an easy low calorie snack! I'm celebrating by making and ADORABLE Celery Birthday Card using Jaded Blossom's Veg Out Stamp Set, Jaded Blossom Kawaii Veggies Stamp Set, Jaded Blossom Falling Hearts Stencil, and Jaded Blossom Scallop Rectangle Dies 2. I love the pun sentiment.

Supplies:
Jaded Blossom's Veg Out Stamp Set
Jaded Blossom Kawaii Veggies Stamp Set
Jaded Blossom Falling Hearts Stencil
Jaded Blossom Scallop Rectangle Dies 2

Make Crafty Friends Q & A: Q: How do you like to eat celery? A: Me? I make "Cowboy Caviar" and put it in there (garbanzo beans, soy beans, peppers, cilantro, snap peas, and CELERY)

Thanks so much for checking out my project. More photos on my blog.

Hang In There!

Happy Friday everyone! For the last few weeks, I've been doing a Penguin for all the Seasons/Holidays series because I love penguins as much as I love gnomes. It's so much fun adding these cute penguins to different scenes. With Spring right around the corner, I decided to take this little penguin outdoors paragliding! I used the little penguin from Gnome Friends: Penguin Die, and added a cute little bow to her from Gnome Dies: Christmas Add Ons 3.

Did you see DT Cynthia's Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge in the
Jaded Blossom's Garden of Creativity Facebook Group? The challenge is to choose 3 elements in a row in honor of the classic game and create a project! There is an album for you to play along. You have until March 20, 2025, 11:59 pm PST to add your card for a chance at winning a prize!

Well, my card is a double tic-tac-toe! Across the top of the board, I used Die-cuts, Flowers (decorative paper), and a Stencil (clouds using Enchanted Night Sky Stencil). It also fills in the diagonal on the board using Die-cuts, Pastels, and Ribbon. I used the umbrella from Gnome Dies: Weather Add Ons with some thin pink ribbon to create the paraglider. The grassy knoll was created using Mushroom Dies. The sentiment is from the Take It Slow Stamp Set.

Remember, we also have a current "ANYTHING GOES" Challenge until April 5th
for a chance at winning a free stamp set! You don't have to have a blog to play along. You can load your card to the Jaded Blossom's Garden of Creativity Facebook Group and then add your link from Facebook. There are instructions HERE to help you!

Have a great weekend!
