Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!
It is Crystal from Crystal's Creative Corner and it is my Jaded Blossom Design Team day :)

I can't even believe that this year is over already! It went by so fast.
I have a project to share with you that is a little out of my comfort zone, but a crafty resolution that I have made is to try new things.
Live outside the box! So I started a little early and tried 2 new things on this card.

I made a slider card and I used sequins for the first time!

Here is the recipe:
A2 Lori Whitlock penny slider card from the Silhouette Store
 sequins from Neat & Tangled
Jaded Blossom Canning Basics

Here is a close up of the sentiment!

I hope you enjoyed my project today!
Thanks for stopping by!
Happy New Year!!

New Year's Party Pack

Hi Everybody!
Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here!  It's time for me to share another project for Jaded Blossom!  Before I do, I have to share the sad news that this is my last post as a Jaded Blossom Design Team member.  There just aren't enough hours in the day!  It's been such an honor to work with Michelle and Candace, and the rest of the amazing design team.  I can't wait to see what awesomeness (it's a word!) they all create in the future :) Now onto today's project!

We love to stay up and celebrate New Year's with family, so I thought these champagne treat bottles would be so perfect!  Here are the details:

*Lovebug Creations - Simply Black Rumple Ribbon

*Although this had a lot of pieces to it, the layers were easy to put together.
*For the cork, I embossed a piece of craft paper, then rolled it.  You could also use a real cork.
*I also used glitter paper to make the bubbles sparkle!

*Noise makers - check! Poppers- check! Beads - check!
We're ready to paaaaaaartay!

*To fit everything inside, just fold the toppers down.

I hope you liked my project!  I'd love to see some of you make this, and share it on the Jaded Blossom Facebook page HERE, or on my Crazy About Cricut Facebook page HERE.  TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :)

Thank You!

Good morning! Jeanne here, from Jeanne's Paper Crafts. I hope everyone is recovering from the Holidays rather quickly. Pretty soon, it will be 2014 and the start of a brand new year!

First off, lets get some sad news out of the way. This will be my last post as a design team member for Jaded Blossom. I've really enjoyed working with Candace and Michelle, as well as the rest of the design team, but I need to step down and focus on some other things right now. I have to send out a huge thank you to both ladies for allowing me the opportunity to design for Jaded Blossom, I have had a blast and will surely miss everyone!

And now let's get to today's project, a quick Christmas "thank you" idea! As though we haven't made enough handmade items for our friends and family this past Christmas season. :) Now it's time to say thank you for all the things that we have received...and what better way to do that, than a little handmade Christmas treat!
This little favor box is a file from Lori Whitlock that I found over in the Silhouette Online Store, design #37557.
I cut the file out of PaperTrey Ink Kraft cardstock and added some extra layers to the front, sides, and back for my patterned paper.
I used the Candy Charms & Banners Dies and Mini Tag Dies to create the base for my sentiment. The sentiment is from the Simple Sayings 3 stamp set. The little snowflake embellishments came from a Studio Calico PL kit that I had subscribed to.
For my treats, I used the Winter Candies and some yummy Christmas Hershey Kisses.
 Supplies:
PaperTrey Ink Kraft cardstock
Fancy Pants Designs Blissful Blizzard
Jaded Blossom Mini Tag Dies
Jaded Blossom Winter Candies
Jaded Blossom Simple Sayings 3
PaperTrey Ink button
Hemp Twine

And don't forget to visit Jaded Blossom on Facebook and share your Jaded Blossom Stamps creations with us over in the Jaded Blossom Garden of Creativity.

Have a wonderful day!

Birthday Treat - All Down Hill From Here

Hey everyone,
it's Jaymie and today is my DT day here at Jaded Blossom.

Today I am going to share a birthday treat I made for my friend Abby using the NEW Birthday Treat Tags and the Mini Tag Dies.   If you'd like to hop a long and wish her a Happy Birthday, you can visit Candace's blog here!

Now on to my project..

I bought this HUGE margarita glass and etched Abby's name on it.  I filled the bottom of the glass with some M&Ms and filled with a jumbo cupcake!  I created the cupcake topper using some of her favorite colors and of course a big 40!!

The sentiment is off of Jaded Blossom's Birthday Treat Tags set.  I masked it off of the Over the Hill tag.  I stamped it on one of tags from their Mini Tag Dies set.

Here is a close up of the glass with her name on it

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you all had a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Santa Cups

Merry Christmas Everyone!

Jamie here and today I'm going to share a quick gift I made for my Son's Teachers.

I found these cups at Dollar Tree and thought they would be perfect as Santa Cups!

I filled the cup with some red paper shreds and then topped them off with some Dove Chocolates.

Then I used the Treat Flag Dies to add to each straw.

I stamped each flag with a sentiment from Christmas Wishes.

Bunny Hugs!

Hey everyone!! Candace here from Scrappin' 2 Little Princesses. Today I have a project that is NOT Christmas related!! I have been making Christmas themed crafts for months and I needed to make something with more of a Spring feel...

I wanted to create a little scene using this fun little treat box. I found a piece of patterned paper that had some clouds and cute little birds on it, cut it down to 2"x3" and slid it into my treat box along the back side. The I added my sweet little Chibi kid dressed as a bunny from SVG Cutting Files on the front of the box using a foam sticker.

I cut fun 'flower' shapes with my Candy Charms and Banner Dies and then used the Forest Animal Candies stamps to add cute little sentiments onto my Starburst candies.

Here are all the fun Jaded Blossom goodies I used to make my treat....

Thanks so much for stopping by today!!

Christmas Treats

Good Morning! Mel here with a new project today.
I made these for my youngest daughter to give her friends for Christmas.
So fun to make these using the Dainty Topper Die
and 3 x 4 clear bags fit perfectly with this die.

Here are some close ups:

These treats are decorated with the Candy Charms and Banners Die
It sounds cruel... I hand cut the heads off the Christmas dolls from SVG Cutting Files.
They look so cute on the treat topper.

Keep Calm and Eat Cookies

Trixie here and it's my day here on the Jaded Blossom Blog.

My entire project was inpired by Candace Pelfrey. :)  She made a cookie treat using the the Gingerbread Die and I LOVE it.
So I wanted to make some for neighbors.

Both the adorable Gingerbread and sentiment are from the Gingerbread Wishes.  I stamped the sentiment on the Candy Charms and Banner Dies and put both of them on the Fancy Topper Die.

I put some of the Ginger Crinkle cookies in the Gusset Bag.
The recipe is also from Candace. You can find it HERE
They are super yummy!!!

.

I added some little pearls and some Chocolate Truffle Trendy Twine.

Thank you so much for stopping by today.

You still have a couple days to link up your project for the Monthly Challenge.

Jenny from Crazy About Cricut here!  Didn't you just LOVE Release Week?  So many awesome stamp sets!  And I see myself using the Dainty Topper Die a TON!

Now onto today's project.  Christmas parties are in full swing, and cruising Pinterest I found these Rudolph favors that I thought were perfect for class treats!  Here are the details:

*Core'dinations - solid cardstock
*Pinterest - Rudolph
*red glitter tulle
*Tootsie Pops

*I thought this "Merry and Bright" sentiment was perfect to go with Rudolph's bright nose :)

*Who wouldn't have a "de-light-ful" time getting this?

*I also used the "Rudolph Spares" sentiment.

I hope you liked my project!  I'd love to see some of you make this and share it on the Jaded Blossom Facebook page HERE, or on my Crazy About Cricut Facebook page HERE.  TFL, and hope everyone has a chance to craft today :O)
